I was contracted out to do a series of icons for a website called “A Blog to Read” Since the website is about watches, the blogger wanted images related to watches. We went through many revisions and in the end came up with a broken light bulb watch (for “a bad idea to purchase this"), a watch with a thumbs up and one reaching into its wallet to denote “great buy.” I went with some light color schemes to help make things pop.
