This illustration accompanied an article about customer service and having arrogant, smug people trying to help you. I experienced this first hand when I was a customer service representative (CSR). As a CSR, I took hundreds of phone calls a day and after a while it got to the point where people just became voices and you didn’t really care about giving them good service.
