The Zombie Tiki

This illustration was created out of my love for the Tiki culture and also for an online forum called “The Drawing Jam.” Every month or so the moderator puts up a new model and people draw their interpretations of her. I always try to draw something different and unique. The model, from which we were to create our interpretations, was covered in tattoos and didn’t really fit the “tiki” style but her eyes had an evil look which gave me the idea for a hot zombie. The end result is a dark purple color pallet with bright green to offset the background.
