One of my all-time favorite things to illustrate are the horoscopes. I love taking an idea represented by a certain month and turning it into a work of art. For this Aquarius illustration, I drew a literal interpretation of an underwater lair lying comfortably on her bed.

One of my favorite things to illustrate are the horoscopes. If I could draw just horoscopes, I’d be a happy illustrator. For this image, “Cancer,” I used the literal interpretation, the crab. Usually the art director wanted to include a woman in the illustration, but for this particular one she wanted something a little more whimsical.

This article was about putting on a new face and becoming the “new you” (actually, come to think of it, most horoscopes I read are about becoming the “new you"). Split faces are one of my favorite things to illustrate but I don’t get to do them as much as I’d like.

This article was about a girl that accidentally stepped on her dress and exposed her panties. I had to be very delicate with this illustration since it was about a teenager and I certainly didn’t want to portray a naughty image.
