The Trickster
Client: David Magazine
One of my very first clients was David Magazine, a gay magazine here in Atlanta. They were a good client and always had great articles to illustrate. This illustration is called “Trickster” which depicts the bad boy who pretends to be good in order to “get his man.”

The Monster Inside of Us
Client: U.S. Catholic
This illustration was for an article about the monster inside of us. The art director wanted to use something familiar, like a vampire. While working on this illustration I listened to a lot of lounge music which influenced how I drew this picture—in a hip, retro, 50’s style.

Recycling Tech

This is one of my all-time favorite illustrations. I drew it to accompany an article about recycling old technology and how much greener recycling would make the environment. Since I’m pretty pro-green, I really wanted to spend some time and effort on this picture.
