A client contacted me about doing a logo/icon for her business. She was particularly fond of owls so I came up with some different renditions of them. Unfortunately the project got nixed but I loved this image so much, I felt like it should be seen by all.

“Atlanta Photography” approached me with a need for a logo/icon for their non-profit organization. I was flattered and jumped at the chance to create it because it was all about futuristic retro rockets, which is right up my alley. I came up with several ideas but we decided to use a 1950’s rocket to denote “launching photographers’ careers.”

Sugar Skulls

I created a series of sugar skull icons (from the Mexican holiday “Day of the Dead") for my personal use. I wanted them to have a very stylized feel so I focused on using various decorative shapes for each one. As like most of my images, I used red as the overall color.
